We respect your privacy rights and have therefore developed this privacy notice (“Notice”) to inform you on how we collect, use, distribute and protect your Personal Data. For the purposes of this Notice, “you” shall refer to yourself and such other persons or entities represented by you of which you are providing the Personal Data.

  4. Personalisation preferences you select as you use our Application and Sites;
  5. Information submitted if you participate in survey or competition whether via online or otherwise;
  6. Any messages, enquiries or comments you submit to us via our Application and Sites or through Use of Our Services or in whatever manner;
  7. Information obtained independently by us from other lawful sources;
  8. Video or images captured by closed-circuit television or other surveillance system; and/or

    11. Sensitive data information (as defined in the PDPA);

    13. Contact preference;
    14. Login credentials such as username and password;
    15. Internet protocol address;
    16. Unique device identifiers and other diagnostic data; and
    17. Commentary or opinions.


The list of Personal Data stated above is not exhaustive and may include other personal data depending on the nature of dealings or transaction from time to time.

    2. To process your Use of Our Services;
    3. To conduct verification checks;
    4. To facilitate your personal needs;
